Teen Arrested For Videotaping Police Officer In North Dakota

A 17-year-old activist was arrested for videotaping a short-fused police officer in North Dakota Friday.

Robert Wanek, a contributor to We Are Change Minnesota, walked up to police officer Dustin Hill outside the Wahpeton Police Department.

Hill was speaking to somebody in a car when Wanek began videotaping him from a respectable distance.

Hill turned and asked what he was doing. Wanek told him he was working on a story about unwarranted raids in Wahpeton.

Hill immediately walked up to him and arrested him for interfering with an investigation.

Hill is a bully that needs to be fired. If that’s how he acts on camera, imagine how he acts off camera.

Wanek said he was handcuffed and detained in the police station for an hour.

Now he is seeking legal assistance. He is also asking people to contact the Wahpeton Police Department to voice their displeasure. (701) 642-7722.
