NYPD Officer Bullies Videographer During Puerto Rican Day Parade

New York City police officers appeared to be frisking people at random in Central Park without probable cause during Sunday’s Puerto Rican Day Parade.

A little over 4 minutes into the video, an undercover officer then confronts the videographer, appearing to smack his hand away, telling him he doesn’t want to be recorded.

He then walks away a few steps, before demanding the man’s identification, even though the man did nothing that would make him reasonable suspicious of a crime.

Here is a screenshot of the cop in question.
