And in today’s contention for Father of the Year is Rob Martin, a 25-year-old New York man who has served time in prison, violated probation and has had his driver’s license suspended three times since April.

Martin’s latest run-in with the law came last week when he allegedly sped past Greece Police Chief Todd Baxter on his motorcycle.

Baxter tried to pull him over, but Martin attempted to elude him, according to 13WHAM.

Martin then ditched the motorcycle and ran into some woods.

Baxter and a police sergeant chased him on foot, jumping a fence before finally nabbing him.

Finding himself once again standing before a judge, Martin was flabbergasted when his bail was set at $10,000.

But he was even more flabbergasted when a news photographer snapped his photo as he was being led out of the courthouse in handcuffs.

Martin shouted: “no pictures, put that camera down, I have children.”
