It was Brian Green’s third day in Orlando after having moved down to Florida from South Carolina.
The 23-year-old street photographer decided to go to downtown to take some pictures. He saw a meter maid on a bicycle or whatever you call a man who issues parking citations. He lifted his camera and snapped a photo, not thinking anything else of it.
Within seconds, the ticket troll rode his bike up, ordering Green to delete the photo because he had snapped it without his consent.
When Green refused, the man rode up to a cop who apparently told him he was in the wrong.
Welcome to Florida, Brian.
