Florida Corrections Officer Claims it is Felony to Video Record Inmates Working on Side of Road

A Florida corrections officer overseeing a group of inmates working on the side of the road dumbfoundedly told a citizen that is a felony to video record them, punishable by a prison sentence.

The citizen was none other than PINAC reader Jeff Gray aka HONORYOUROATH, who doesn’t back down too easily.

But just to be sure, he gave me a call this afternoon as you can see in the video and I told him it sounds like a bunch of bullshit.

As the corrections officer was busy dealing with Gray and his camera, some of the inmates began wandering off, prompting Gray to point that out to him.

But the corrections officer was not too concerned about that, saying he had everything under control.

One of the funniest videos I’ve seen in a while. Fucking Florida.
