Live Streamer Records Own Arrest During Kelly Thomas Protest; Footage Survives Despite Camera Confiscation (Updated)

Fullerton police began making random arrests during a protest against the Kelly Thomas verdict Saturday, including pouncing on an independent journalist who was live streaming the action.

Although police managed to turn off PMBeer’s camera, whose first name is apparently Patti, her footage remained accessible on the internet, which you can see above.

PMBeer had been live streaming for more than an hour before that, reporting that police had arrested other photographers as protesters and police squared off with each other in the streets.

But the protest seemed to have winded down by nightfall after they had congregated in a park at the same bus depot where Thomas was killed.

However, an activist told PMBeers that undercover cops were arresting protesters for no apparent reason as they were walking away from the depot. Eventually, more cops came swarming to make arrests.

PMBeers followed the cops making the arrests, trying to capture it on her camera when she was arrested herself.

The footage is dark and grainy, but it is pretty obvious she was not interfering in anyway.

Police told the media that they arrested ten people altogether on Saturday, including three people earlier in the afternoon, one person accused of assaulting a television cameraman.

But the remaining seven were arrested for failing to disperse, they said. And that, of course, took place once the media cameras had left.

According to KABC:

Police Sgt. Jeff Stuart says Saturday’s demonstration drew about 200 people.

Overall, 10 people were arrested. He says one person was arrested in the cameraman’s assault and two others in spray painting an obscenity and an anarchist symbol. The remaining seven were arrested on failure to disperse charges.

Officials said they did everything possible to accommodate the protestors, but were forced to take action when demonstrators turned violent. Officers responded in riot gear to disperse the crowd.

You can see PMBeer’s entire live stream below to find any evidence of this “violence,” but in the video above, which is the two-minute clip leading up to her arrest, the only violence is coming from the cops.

As if that’s anything new from this particular police department, which can be reached at (714) 738-6800.

UPDATE: Below is footage from KCBS showing a protesting wearing a bandanna over her face attacking a news videographer for apparently trying to record her protesting, indicating she doesn’t have the intelligence to be protesting an issue where the goal is to raise awareness.

For someone being so camera shy, Dianna Jordyan Carrol didn’t seem to mind smiling for her mugshot. Idiot.

When Mussolini said, “every anarchist is a baffled dictator,” perhaps he was thinking of people like you. You really think its ok to beat on reporters and stifle press freedoms because you’re “sick of mainstream media?” That’s freedom to you. Man, a lot of anarchists belong in a psychologists office, not a street protest. Too many daddy issues, too much egocentrism, too much aggression, maybe a little delusion thrown in for good measure. Yikes!

        • Bob_Striffler

No that’s only ok to do when you finally realize they’re just a fascist branch of the government! And Mussolini was a baffled fascist dictator himself. So I really don’t care what that piece of shit would think of me!

Terrible. Why do they waste SOO many police resources to shut down a peaceful protest? The same reason why you see a cop in a nice neighborhood, doing their usual Revenue protection instead of patrolling the known crime areas. Cowards. Coward Bullies that only fight when they outnumber the crowd.

    • Rogue Reflections

I wish it were simply about revenue whores. In this case, it is about absolute power and making peaceful, law abiding Americans slaves. The only real weapon we have (short of going after them with their own weapons) is the camera. Once the world sees what these thugs do, things will change. I find it SHAMEFUL that i served my country and now live in a pseudo-police state.

  • Michael Mayo

Yeah, something tells me this won’t go over too well with the courts. Failing to disperse? Why should people disperse when they are breaking no laws and exercising their right to protest? A failure to disperse order can be given for loitering but since these people were not loitering, they are under no legal obligation to disperse. They had a purpose to be there and that purpose was to protest. I hope each and every person that was arrested fights these cases. We can’t allow the Fullerton cops to get away with this too. Cops murder people and then willfully violate the rights of innocent Americans and get away with it? What’s next? Gas chambers?

    • stk33

      2917.04 Failure to disperse
      (A) Where five or more persons are participating in a course of disorderly conduct in violation of section 2917.11 of the Revised Code, and there are other persons in the vicinity whose presence creates the likelihood of physical harm to persons or property or of serious public inconvenience, annoyance, or alarm, a law enforcement officer or other public official may order the participants and such other persons to disperse. No person shall knowingly fail to obey such order.
As you can see, the fact of a woman attacking videographer, who was shot on camera, was sufficient, and police “may order PARTICIPANTS AND such other persons to disperse”. Normally, the police uses their own provocateur to do something like that, and this is enough for ordering the whole crowd to disperse, and to start making arrests 10 seconds after. It’s not new.

      • Bob_Striffler

Annoyance! Damned if free speech annoys anyone there’s no free speech? That’s a constitutionally void law! If free speech annoys people those people should fucking move to Zimbabwe! And the courts have folks (Judges, US & State’s Attorneys & others) from all sorts of political leanings. It is both simplistic & fatally flawed to see the courts/legal system as monolithic & of one mind. If that were true, the ACLU & SPLC would not have been able to win victory after victory.

I personally know the reporter. We (her friends) are very concerned for her safety. She has a son who is dependent on her for his basic needs. The Fullerton transportation center has no time restriction on which you can be there. There was no reason for the FULLERTON PD TO COME IN AND SNATCH PEOPLE

    • Carlos_Miller

This took place at the bus depot where Kelly was murdered?

      • Allison Chavez

If you look at her video you can see they were just a few feet from Kelly’s Corner.

      • Patti Beers

Yes, my friend and I were at Kelly’s corner. We were thinking about leaving when undercover agents came out of an unmarked van and snatched him. I was filming his arrest and then they came and snatched me. Most of the people arrested for failure to disperse were in the act of leaving when they were kidnapped by undercovers in an unmarked van. The dispersal order happened blocks form where the arrests were made. We had already dispersed.

The people need 100,000 armed citizens in front of the Fullerton P.D. all rolling video cameras until the Fullerton police department is either lawfully disbanded or burnt to the ground. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. Filming is not a crime. Since when can people be snatched off the street with no Miranda rights for no apparent reason or for simply filming? Is this because congressmen like Ed Royce signed the unconstitutional NDAA bill? Well f*ck that because that law is null and void since it violates the U.S. Constitution. Lawless murdering or murderer protecting Fullerton pigs get out of town. You’re despicable. You have no right to the tax dollars of Fullerton citizens. You are corrupt from top to bottom. You are murdering innocent civilians and destroying justice and are well outside of your constitutional or elected rights to “police” the city of Fullerton in the lawless manner in which you are now operating. You do not own the streets of Fullerton. Kidnapping is a crime. You no longer have any legitimate authority in the city of Fullerton. Disband yourselves and leave town.

    • Bob_Striffler

Flag upside down and backwards! America is in distress!

    • Bob_Striffler

Nobody in Brevard County Florida the 18th Judicial Circuit is ever, ever read their rights and I’ve tried under two elected Sheriffs to train or force their Deputies to do this! I made it a public request of the newly elected Sheriff on talk radio, he just blew it off along with Bill Mick the talk show host, who beat a guy in handcuffs when he was a cop in West Virginia! I’ve brought it up in front of the courts also. I have documented video of everyone I’ve asked out in front of the courthouse if they’ve ever been read their rights! On video no was the answer bare none! That’s America Strong!

      • JimBob

Cops aren’t REQUIRED to read you your rights upon arresting you. It’s perfectly possible to be arrested, arraigned/indicted, tried, and convicted without ever being Mirandized– and it’s not a violation of your rights.

Your Miranda rights have nothing to do with arrest procedure, and EVERYTHING to do with custodial interrogation procedure. Cops only have to Mirandize you when they QUESTION you– NOT when they arrest you. And even then, a failure to do so merely makes it LIKELY (but not a sure thing) that what you say will be disallaowed as evidence in court– SCOTUS has carved out some limited exceptions for statements of un-Mirandized subjects who spectacularly fail to claim their Fifth Amendment rights.

So if the Brevard County cops are arresting folks for crimes that don’t require any questioning or interrogation… those arrestees need never be Mirandized.

(I write this as a former Brevard County resident. I’m WELL aware of the good-ole-boy system down there, and I wouldn’t be surprised if the new sheriff is just as corrupt and full of shit as his predecessors. But not being read your rights upon arrest is not proof of that.)

        • Bob_Striffler

Carved out were the key words their! Up until SCOTUS started carving up Miranda it was always read before! In America you used to be able to ask “under what authority are you arresting me?” Now they don’t say shit and when your back at the station they break out a book to see what fits! If nothing fits you’re charged with resisting for asking that question. And the court rubberstamps it for multitudes of people! I fight it tooth and nail! And God Bless you for escaping Brevard and the 18th Judicial Circuit!

          • Voice-Of-Concern

Are you even aware that “Miranda” was a SCOTUS ruling? The Miranda Ruling was published in 1966. It was a while ago, but clearly not “always”.

You might just want to look up from your “plain English” reading of the Constitution & read up on some of the Major Civil Rights rulings by the SCOTUS over the past 75 years or so. You will find the world a LOT less confusing, if you bother to educate yourself a bit.

          • Bob_Striffler

Oh for god sake I’ve cited so much case law on this site, I didn’t feel like it that time asswipe! I’m not even going to get in to this one with you!

    • Voice-Of-Concern

Let’s pretend for a moment, that your brilliant plan worked.
      What then?
What is your follow up, to disbanding Fullerton PD? Who is going to respond to the things that currently, people call on Fullerton PD to address?

“The price of a successful attack is a constructive alternative.”

      • Bob_Striffler

What is your solution? Keep writing things that make you feel better? Our founding fathers for years sent well worded petitions to England, before the Declaration of Independence and war! This document gives Americans the legal authority to do it again! I may be wrong but I don’t think there are too many here that want all out anarchy. But there is no solution in tyranny I assure you! It goes against the grain of, not just anarchists, but all real Americans, whatever their political persuasion! Are you just an apologist? Because they’re about the worst citizen a free society can have! They are the vehicle or road if you so choose, to that tyranny! What’s your solution? If it’s well formed words on paper, that works about as well as “Tickle Down Economics!”

        • Crosshairball

If we cannot have our American system of government as enshrined in the U.S. Constitution, The Declaration of Independence and the Bill of Rights by our forefathers and prior to the Federal Reserve Act of 1913 then IMHO Anarchy is the next best thing until we can get it back.

          • Bob_Striffler

Amen to that it beats tyranny and slavery! But I would like it back!

          • Crosshairball

Me too brother, so we will have to convince the others to get off thier @sses and take it back. Those brave kids on the streets of Fullerton did a great job this past week of exposing the tyranny of the new police state, but where were the other 400,000+ citizens of Fullerton? Many of those out on the street filming the cops were not even from Fullerton but evidently were imported in from other local cities, but I thank them.

        • Voice-Of-Concern

My solution is to not burn down and/or disband a police department. If the community believes and has proof that there is corruption, contact the US Attorney and or the California Attorney General’s office.

Your solution is impressive only in it’s paucity and lack of forethought. Bluster and blather are poor substitute for effective problem solving.

As for the various wild-eyed strawmen you threw at me… yawn… eye roll.. yawn

      • Crosshairball

The community can defend and police itself until the crooks are all run out of the Fullerton pig house and the people of Fullerton can decide what they want to do from there. There was a measure on the ballot awhile ago to completely disband the Fullerton P.D. but it didn’t pass and that could very well be due to the rigged voting system. Maybe after all the facts come out in the upcomming civil trial the people of Fullerton will attempt to vote once again to disband the Fullerton P.D. until a more healthy alternative police force can be decided upon. If the Fullerton pig house even lasts that long.

        • Bob_Striffler

The Police Department in Melbourne Beach Florida was shut down for corruption and Melbourne Beach didn’t collapse into chaos! That’s ridiculous! Like citizens can’t handle them selves without the police. t’s funny during every crises, disaster etc…who really is the first responders always? The citizens! And they work together, it amazing how they do that without cops being there bullying people and whining when they don’t comply!

20 million political dissidents, unable to defend themselves,

one million educated people, unable to defend themselves,

Defenseless people rounded up and exterminated.
in the 20th Century because of gun control: 56 million.
*You won’t see this data on the US evening news, or hear politicians disseminating this information.
*Guns in the hands of honest citizens save lives and property and, yes, gun-control laws adversely.
    affect only the law-abiding citizens.
*Take note my fellow Americans, before it’s too late! The next time someone talks in favor of gun control,
please remind them of this history lesson.
*With guns, we are ‘citizens’. Without them, we are ‘subjects’. During WW II the Japanese decided not to invade.

The United States initiated Rex 84 in the 80’s to establish secret secluded “internment camps” now under the umbrella of FEMA. The US Army National Guard advertised on their site they were hiring these guards! (A Fact I verified myself by setting up an interview to become one) Federal bids have been awarded for companies to contract the Management. logistics etc… of these camps! (Fact) Oliver North testified to this to those US Representatives in Congress that did not know of this! (Fact) These camps have double rows of razor fences with guard towers. They have playgrounds in middle! Halliburton builds many of them! This, former Governor Jessie Ventura (with the highest approval rating of any governor) showed the country on prime time television! The public out cry for this to be aired again caused it to be aired a second time. Then was pulled from the network! Fox news made a point to make fun of Jessie Ventura and of this! This documentary is still currently circulating the internet! This is all very well documented in the News and Congressional record! America now currently holds over a third of the worlds incarcerated yet has only 3% of the world’s total population! The supposed Axis of Evil or other assorted terrorists can’t hold a candle to this scale of oppression and destruction of the United States as we know it, happening from within! That’s America Strong!

The Knapp commission exposed the corruption From Prosecutor Rudy Giuliani’s office all the way up to the state capital of New York only to be quashed! Giuliani’s Part is well documented in the book The Prince of the City and was made into a move starring Treat Williams! This was a truth told by the only other good cop and I should have mentioned him as such but forgot his name? It was Robert Lucci or something! I wonder if he’s still alive!?

Sales for fiscal 2013 were $588 million, up 43 percent from 2012. That’s a record for the company, CNN Money reports.

Fuck our coward ass representatives who are officers of the court system that’s rubberstamping this treason! AARRGGHH! First they turn off the cellphones after this murder, then they endorse the murder in the honorable court, then they silence protestors! ARRRGGGHHH!

Fullerton PD, what a joke….Big Toys for Little Boys !

  • Bob_Striffler

They are not going to stop until you show up carrying guns instead of cameras!

  • Guy Fawkes

The media employs military psychological operations officers on their payroll, not only that but the Supreme Court has ruled that falsifying news is not a crime. That means news corporations have the right to LIE. Now falsified news is perfectly fine to pass of as real information.

They should not be called news media. The main stream news should be called CON artists and criminals. We can not have an informed democracy that is based on LIES. A democracy depends on an informed population. However, the manufactured consent of the masses is exactly the kind of democracy the Mainstream News is used to create.

That is not a free and democratic society but rather a society that has had its consent orchestrated by use of propaganda, psy ops, and LIES. In the case you have not noticed, the SMITH-MUNDT ACT has been repealed and conducting psychological operation on Americans is now perfectly legal.

That is same crime for which General McCrystal was fired now perfectly legal. Disgusting! Is this now mawtherfawking Nazi society? Are we living under Hitler now?

LA media showed us a cop pushing an mannequin as live helicopter feed during LAX shooting. The washington post showed photograph of dummy mannequin on floor with fake blood and Moulage Kit right next to dummy. THESE ARE CRIMINAL ACTS! NO ONE IS MORE RESPONSIBLE FOR SUBVERTING OUR DEMOCRACY MORE THAN THE MAINSTREAM NEWS!

Mainstream Media, just be glad you are still alive and not lynched or guillotined for subversion of US Constitution, by using false flag events, crisis actors, and the CIA to try to shape gun policy and destroy the Bill of Rights. Just search wikipedia with “CIA INFLUENCE ON THE PUBLIC” and it can become painfully obvious to you.

Now ask yourself, before you read my comment did you even know what the fuckk the Smith-Mundt Act was? As you sit there do you even realize what a military psy operation is? Do you know what false flag means? If so, then congratulations on being a part of minority of Americans that are matherfuckking awake about all this Edward Bernays style so called democracy we are being spoon fed by the Tell LIE Vision.

Be lucky Mainstream News Media, be lucky the crowd is not burning your news headquaters down and putting the fire out with your own blood. This time is was just a gorgeous Gwen Steffani type punk rocker you had to deal with. Next time it might be lot different.

    • Bob_Striffler

It took me a while to reply to this. But yes I was aware of the SMITH-MUNDT Act as well as the Fairness Doctrine for media broadcasters, done away with in 1987. And the creation of the CIA, now a TOOL. These many laws and ideals were put in effect in the late 40’s after a study of the rise of the Nazi party, the SS and their use of propaganda over the German people. Over the years our public servants, the money machines and the legal community came to a full realization of the power of the word/rule of law and how thru tweaking these words a little bit at a time the goal of full subversion could be attained without a shot fired! (As long as the media towed their line) This is going on with all laws now! Manipulations. A long time ago Rockefeller or one of the elites said he cared not who made or controlled the laws as he wanted to control the money. Or something real similar. That has definitely changed and is now assimilated into the agenda. But a further realization came when the power of information was fully acknowledged! He who controls the flow of information……. controls the will of the masses, rules public opinion, and creates, then redirects the talking points. AKA the all powerful Multi-National News Media Globalists. The entire intent of all the laws above from after WWII has been undone and reversed to create the same environment that brought the NAZI PARTY to power. (A Mob Rule) At the same time it sells out our sovereignty as well as our nation’s for the Globalist aspirations of a few! It’s alive and well and is now clearly the agenda here in the US! During this same time frame our foreign military policy went from defending our borders to, military policing of the world and now pre-emptive strikes and regime change, which puts our borders and freedoms at risk. Other country’s citizens know this and hate Americans now! Our founding fathers told us that many would give up freedom for security! A False orchestrated security. So it too is part of the agenda. Further our domestic economic policy has changed and we’ve done away with Tariffs and Illegal Immigration Laws to deliberately flood the labor market at the behest of the Supply Side and lower Americans standard of living. These were in place to protect our standard of living by providing for supply and demand on the labor side and collective bargaining (unions) in Washington as a balance to the wealthy powerful corporate lobby in our Coin Operated Congress. We’ve also reversed our position on Anti-Trust Laws! Imagine that? No Country has ever economically survived consuming more then it produces! That’s Economics 101! It’s just not sustainable! Thank NAFTA and the Supply Side Economics (lobby) for that! Money is now free speech and corporations are people! Thank “Citizens United” for that! Now real people have less free speech than corporations. Welcome to a George Orwell/Ayn Rand World! A Mob Rule!

  • stk33

This is in fact already the consequence of the verdict itself. They killed Kelly because he used his right not to cooperate, and they just received an affirmation that it was a-ok. This means that police order does not have to be based on the law in order to be enforced with any force. So why not to order people to disperse from the public property where they have full right to be, and then arrest for “failure”. According to the verdict, they might as well shoot them on sight, it would be OK as well, as soon as they did not immediately “comply”.

This verdict will have very serious consequences countrywide..

    Doesn’t gasoline + dish detergent = napalm?

    • Paul Kisling

Not really. Only the gasoline burns and that is not what Napalm is about.
      Try this.
50 percent Gasoline, 25 percent diesel fuel, 25 percent Xylene. Add styrene packing peanuts until said peanuts will no longer dissolve.(It will be a lot of packing peanuts!) Use a metal funnel and add to beer bottles. Be sure to be safe and have fun. Don’t do anything the cops won’t do….

(If you really want to spice things up add some PVC primer and both types of moth balls to above solution before the packing peanuts;) Yes it has been tested.

Some of us don’t really give a shit what the FBI can do. After they murdered that guy in Orlando a few months ago and are still in the process of trying to come up with a story they can sell, they can burn in hell where they belong.

          • Bob_Striffler

Really he had a knife, no he didn’t have a knife…UH……it’s still being investigated! How long does it take to investigate something that happened in one room with three people in it! And the first thing that’s uncovered is a lie! The dead guy didn’t lie? Anybody who doesn’t get it is brain dead or a coward! Kerfluffyoulater, Anon-e-mouse and ex-cop douche bag are like three pea brains in a pod! Talking all that fake legalese and keep getting their ass handed to them….

So its assault for that blonde chick to shove a cameraperson but its not ANYTHING for two cops to beat a man into a coma?

  • Bob_Striffler

Talk is cheap, it always has been! The only way to stop seriously organized and Officially Sanctioned Oppression, as history clearly shows, is revolutions. Revolutions don’t happen without spilled blood! Violence begets violence in return! It always has!

    • Cynic in New York

Violence is what the state wants, they like violent people because it allows them to show the sheep that their violence is justified. If you don’t believe see the ordeal Adam Kokesh went through in Virginia.

      • Bob_Striffler

I know all about Adam! Haven’t heard much since his getting out. Plea Deal? What have you heard? As far as Violence goes you need to read the Declaration of Independence. That document came after years and years and years of peacefully seeking redress through petitions of well-formed words. But what actually gave America the freedom it sought? That document, America’s first legally enforced document as a Nation is what gives citizens the legal authority to seek freedom again! At what point should the well-formed words, that are being ignored and suppressed, stop this time!

When the Sheriff’s, one standing on my neck as the other two were beating on my ribs they already knew to be broken……..where was Gandhi then? Where was the attorney seeking justice? Where was any interested party? Years earlier, when Officers Chaulko and Isabell broke my sternum and finger while ripping all of the hair out of my head…..where were the interests of justice….non-existent! Granted these were all charges that I beat. But what a shallow victory, since no one was held accountable! They were free to keep on doing it to others and I’m sure they did. I’m far from being alone in these experiences. It’s easy to be or talk like a saint when nothing is at stake! Did you see the pictures of Kelly? He was a HUMAN BEING FOR GOD”S SAKE! HIS FATHER IS GOING TO HEAR KELLY”S WORDS, “HELP ME DAD'” FOR THE REST OF HIS LIFE! I’M GOING TO HEAR THEM TOO!

  • Tijuana Joe

    • Bob_Striffler

Wrong pinac? Show us a link to your story? You’re probably right! But even when we have video we’re all wrong?

    • Bob_Striffler

I’ve heard of this footage where can I see it. Pinac cited another news agency here. That’s far from unheard of in news media. I sure everybody here would love to see this footage.

  • Paul Kisling

I don’t know why these cops are worried about the crowd. If I were them I would be far more worried about the mental stability of Kelly Thomas’s father if the cops involved are not charged by the feds…
It would not surprise me in the least if he capped them.
And you know what my answer to that would be? Not Guilty.

F— Santorum. We need Rand Paul to pick up where his father left off.

      • White True Patriot

Fuck you, we need an Adolf Hilter to get rid of all the Jews and niggers.

  • Duke La Touf

I was right behind her when that happened… all she was doing was blocking the cameras view and the woman struck her first. You can call her an idiot all you like, but you are choosing the side of the oppressor if you do that. She was defending herself because she was struck by the newswoman first. As I would have done the same if I were her. I do believe the real criminal is the news camera woman, but since she has a career and everything, they will sweep that under the rug and avoid it and instead place blame on jordyan becaus ethey have the power with media to say whaever they want about her, as they did. Again, I was there, I advised her to just relax and take down her info and van number as i just did it myself. i have photos of the van, plates, and van #. I also advised Jordyan, if she needs a witness in court, I will stand there, even though the footage clearly shows she was struck by the woman first. So I see a dropped case if they would like this to go away quietly.

    • Burgers Allday

Yeah, the camerawomen shoved first. With due respect, I think Carlos did not watch the video close enough. It is possible to say that the protester was an idiot for responding to a push with a push, but this blog post is remiss in ignoring that the camerawoman was the first aggressor here.

If the protester had been George Zimmerman she could have shot the camerawoman instead of just pushing back, but that is Florida only thing, I think.

      • Bob_Striffler

I have a feeling GZ will get his. He is a public safety danger! It just shows the courts in this country have gone insane and can longer be trusted! But that’s been the case for quite a while!

    • Frodo

Based on what I saw Carrol hit the cameraman with the edge of the sign and that’s when the cameraman pushed the sign away. There was no hitting. The moment the cameraman put his hand on that sign she struck him in the face. Carrol = Idiot.

      • Bob_Striffler

Is this on those videos above?

        • Frodo

Oh yes. Here’s what happened: first, Carrol puts the sign right in front of the camera, cameraman has to back away because the sign is right against the camera, cameraman reaches on top of the sign to bring it down, Carrol takes the sign away and and slams the edge of it on the hand of the camera person, then cameraman pushes the sign away and that’s when Carrol attacks. That’s pretty much it.

  • Bob_Striffler

Somebody please provide that video footage of the News woman assaulting the handkerchief faced girl first. That would show the police and conventional media lying in collusion about that too! That would be a serious “Conspiracy to deprive rights,” a federal crime! Because nobody could possibly accuse mainstream media to be in collusion with and an active arm of the police/government here in America? And of course I’d be wrong about her being a planted inciter to show violence to order dispersal! I’ve been wrong before! I’d gladly be wrong now!

  • Haeshu

This is a great example of how cops lie. They justify their violence, by saying someone else started the violence first. Or when that doesn’t work, they just say they felt threatened. Cops these days have felt so threatened that they’ve used guns on dogs, moms with cell phone cameras and even a neighbor’s unarmed, mentally challenged kid.

  • Tamra Louviere

I watched this entire thing on Ustream…there was NO violence from the protesters….NONE! The cops showed up in riot gear to intimidate peaceful people. Cowards and thugs and LIARS! Police Sgt. Jeff Stuart…YOU ARE A LIAR! LIAR LIAR LIAR! The police were the only violent ones there! Everybody join me…Police Sgt. Jeff Stuart…LIAR LIAR LIAR!!!!

  • Anon

For these types of events, a team of private quadcopter drones recording from above would really come in handy. If you had 4-5, you could fly one while the others recharge, cycling through them as needed. They are super cheap these days and the cops can’t arrest a drone. You could record the entire protest and provide counter evidence against the police when they lie.

    • $910553

They can shoot a drone, however, and get away with it. No matter HOW MANY bystanders are wounded or killed in the process…

      • Anon

That is nonsense. If a police officer was caught shooting into the air at a drone, they’d quickly be fired and possibly face criminal charges.

Just as Lake County Deputy Richard Sylvester was fired after he murdered Andrew Lee Scott, eh? Just like those Big Crapple pigs were fired after they shot up half the city, eh? Just like those LAPD pigs were fired after they shot up that vehicle with the two ladies delivering newspapers, eh?

God damn every one of your filthy maggot pigs straight to hell where they belong.

        • John Smith

They’d quickly be put on paid leave, investigated by fellow cops, and found to have used “appropriate force.”

  • Frodo

Unfortunately, this is not an uncommon occurrence. Just because you see someone advocating for rights doesn’t mean that they are necessarily for all rights, just the ones that concern them. In this case, Carrol was simply protesting, but she’s still an idiot and moron.

  • Bob_Striffler

I’m really mad! Either Ex-cop, Anon or Kerfluffyoulater called me Bob Stupidface down below on this thread! You are some scary dudes!

They were not arresting random people they were arresting anyone with a camera then at night they targeted the live streamers on purpose. They don’t want the rest of the country and world to see just how many people are outraged in that city.. And if i was charged for that I would ask for a jury trial. That would force the DA to drop charges.

  • James Michael

Cops lying and committing criminal abductions golly gee I’m surprised… Not.

You cannot stop psychopaths with peace…It does not and has never worked….Need to start shooting these criminals… Like we should have been, the day the treasons called the patriot act and the NDAA were signed… Film the police always I carry a .50 DE at all times myself….
